Fertility Basics: Virgin Drinks

Not that I'm a heavy drinker in any way ( maybe 1-2 drinks a week) but I have stopped drinking altogether to improve my fertility. The experts say that you don't have to stop drinking to get pregnant, you just can't drink a lot. Well I figured, I would have to stop down the road anyway so why not stop now?

For now I'll just be sticking to my virgin mojitos (favorite drink) and other nutritional blends. The picture above features my virgin mojito, a cocktail with beets, apples, ginger and mint as its ingredients, and my friend Ana as the model. :)

What drinks do you like in place of Alcohol? Please share.

  3. You know, I really thought I'd miss alcohol when I was pregnant, but it just wasn't on my list of pregnancy preferences. I never wanted a beer until I had given birth. :)

My favorite drink during pregnancy was simple black iced tea. Maybe you'll end up surprised by what you end up wanting too!
